GUEST INFORMATION

We want your visit to Six Flags to be as smooth as it is fun! Here is some Guest information to help you have a great day.

SAFE, SECURE PARK ENTRY

Guest safety is our No. 1 priority at Six Flags. For this reason, we have an electronic security system at our theme park entrance to ensure that nothing inappropriate is brought into the park. Since any metal object may activate this system, please allow our staff to inspect bags upon request.

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES

Listening Devices are available in all major theaters. Telecommunications Devices for the Deaf (TDDs) are available at Guest Relations and First Aid. Please stop by Guest Relations for our Guest Accessibility Guidebook and any additional information you may require.

LOCKERS

You can store personal items in coin-operated lockers located near the Main Gate, at Koala Canyon and next to Mustard's Last Stand.

ATM - AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES

An ATM is located on Main Street and in the Boardwalk Games Center.

BABY CHANGING/NURSING AREA

All women's and most men's rest rooms provide space for baby changing. A designated nursing area is provided at the Baby Care/Lost Parents Center in the Lakefront section.

STROLLER/WHEELCHAIR RENTAL

A limited number of strollers, wheelchairs and electronic convenience vehicles may be rented at Stroller Rental next to Guest Relations. Come early, they're rented on a first-come first-serve basis.

CREDIT CARDS/CHECK CASHING

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for park admission and at all
merchandise shops. You can cash Traveler's Cheques and personal checks for up to $50 per day per Guest at Guest Relations with two forms of I.D.

FIRST AID/MEDICAL SERVICES

A First Aid Station is located between the Boardwalk Games Square and Bugs Bunny Land, and at Koala Canyons in Adventure Rivers®. A registered nurse is on duty at all times. For emergency help, contact any park Host/Hostess. Over-the-counter products may be purchased at Franklin's Film Shoppe on Main Street.

LOST PARENTS AND CHILDREN

Establish a meeting place BEFORE you enter the park in case you become separated. Instruct children to ask a Host, Hostess or Security Officer to direct them to the Baby Care/Lost Parents Center in the Lakefront section if you become separated.

PARK RE-ENTRY

To leave the park and return later the same day, you must get your hand stamped before you exit the front gate and re-enter through the Same Day Re-Entry Gate. For parking re-entry, present your parking receipt at the parking lot toll booth. Season Pass Holders must also re-enter through the re-entry gate.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

NJ Transit offers bus service to and from Six Flags Great Adventure. For the bus operating schedule call New Jersey Transit at (800) 772-2222 in New Jersey, (800) 626-7433 outside New Jersey or (800) 772-2287 for Hearing Impaired. Stop by Guest Relations for taxi service information.

MAPS/SHOW SCHEDULE

Our Park Guide contains a map, however large, colorful souvenir maps may be purchased at all gift shops. Park maps and show times are posted at all Guest Information/Map displays throughout the park. Pick up a show schedule at Guest Relations or at any show facility. Show times are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

KENNELS

Pets are not allowed inside the Theme Park or Wild Safari. Free boarding is available in our
"Park-a-Pet" Center near Wild Safari Animal Park Guest Relations, where water will be provided. It is not permitted to leave pets locked inside your car in accordance with the New Jersey SPCA statute.

LOST & FOUND

Claim lost items at the Lost & Found Office located in the outer entrance mall next to the locker facility. Stuffed prizes are not permitted on rides. Please secure them in a locker or leave them with another member of your party. Six Flags is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & MESSAGES

Personal announcements and pages cannot be broadcast in the park. Pre-arranged meeting places should be planned BEFORE you begin your visit. Messages can be left at Guest Relations and/or Baby Care/Lost Parents for separated parties.

CAMERAS

For the safety of our Guests, large 35mm and video cameras are allowed on the following rides only:  Carousel, Sky Pilot and Big Wheel.

PICNICS

Picnic areas are available near the Wild Safari entrance and adjacent to the Bus Parking Lot near the theme park entrance. For safety reasons, barbecue fires are not permitted. No coolers, food or beverages may be brought into the park. However, special dietary foods are permitted.

RIDER REQUIREMENTS

All height, weight, size and health-restricted rides are identified at each ride entrance. Two riders, twelve years of age or older are required to ride in the last occupied row of all roller coasters. For your convenience, we provide the service of a one-time height check so our smaller Guests know which rides are available to them - located at Guest Relations, Lost Parents, Boardwalk Information Booth and various ride locations.

WEATHER

In keeping with Guest safety as our No. 1 priority, occasionally during severe weather certain rides may need to close. Most of our restaurants, theaters and gift shops will remain open. After severe weather, rides will re-open as soon as possible. Sorry, no refunds or rain checks for inclement weather. Thanks for your understanding.

MAIL ORDER GIFTS

You can purchase any park gift or souvenir by mail order. Simply get the item's stock number while at the park. To place an order, call (732) 928-2000 and ask for the merchandise department.

WILD SAFARI ANIMAL PARK GUIDED TOUR BUS

With your Wild Safari ticket, you may ride our air-conditioned, guided tour bus (additional charge) as an option. Seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

TIPS FOR FAMILY FUN

Visit Guest Relations, located adjacent to the Theme Park Main Gate or Wild Safari  entrance, with any questions, concerns or comments about your visit. Also "Smart Phones" are available at select locations for Guest questions. For general park information, call (732) 928-1821.

Arrange a meeting place and time should your party become separated. Common meeting
places are Liberty Fountain on Main Street and the Carousel in Fantasy Forest. We also have a Baby Care/Lost Parents Center in Lakefront section where our employees will take children who have been separated from their family or group.  Review the park map to familiarize yourself with the park's layout.  Pick up a show schedule (available at all show facilities and Guest Relations) to help you plan your day.  Stop by Stroller Rental on Main Street if you need a stroller, wheelchair or electronic convenience vehicle. Come early, they're rented on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Plan to start your day at attractions farthest from the main entrance. Also, ride your favorite rides when the park first opens or after 6 p.m.  Eat at non-traditional lunch and dinner hours.  Through September 26, 1998, with each purchased ticket you will receive a Twicket® voucher, which allows you to return to the park for an extra day of fun at a greatly reduced rate. Validate your Twicket before you leave the park at Twicket Validation windows next to Guest Relations.  No smoking... for the safety and courtesy of other Guests, please refrain from smoking in ride queues. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed buildings, restrooms, theaters and Bugs Bunny Land.  Because our Wild Safari Animal Park opens at 9 a.m., an hour before the Theme Park, we suggest you tour the Wild Safari first thing in the morning. The Wild Safari closes at 4 p.m.
